1. Send Us Your Collection Information

Email info@cardcorekai.com with details about the cards or collectibles you would like to sell.

Please include:

• 
  Your name and contact information
  
• 
  A description of the items
  
• 
  The card names, players, sets, years, and grades when known
  
• 
  The approximate quantity
  
• 
  Your asking price, when applicable
  
• 
  Clear photos of the front and back of the cards
  
• 
  Photos of any grading labels, sealed packaging, damage, or condition concerns
  

Send as many photos as necessary to help us understand what you have. Clear, well-lit pictures help us review your collection more quickly.

2. Initial Review

CardCore Kai will review the information and photos you provide.

We may request additional details or photos before deciding whether the collection is a potential fit. An initial review or estimated offer is not final until the items have been received and inspected in person.

3. Video Review, When Needed

For larger, higher-value, or more detailed collections, we may ask to schedule a FaceTime call or another video chat.

During the call, we may ask you to show:

• 
  Individual cards
  
• 
  Fronts and backs
  
• 
  Corners, edges, and surfaces
  
• 
  Grading labels
  
• 
  Sealed packaging
  
• 
  The overall size and condition of the collection
  

This helps both sides understand what is being considered before anything is shipped.

4. Receive Your Shipping Label

When CardCore Kai is ready to inspect the collection, we will send you a prepaid shipping label with shipping instructions.

The label should only be used for the items discussed and approved for review.

5. Pack the Items Carefully

Place cards in appropriate protective materials before shipping.

Depending on the items, this may include:

• 
  Penny sleeves
  
• 
  Top loaders
  
• 
  Team bags
  
• 
  Cardboard protection
  
• 
  Bubble wrap
  
• 
  Graded-card sleeves
  
• 
  Sturdy boxes with empty space securely filled
  

Cards should not be able to slide, bend, or move freely inside the package. Please follow any additional packing instructions CardCore Kai provides.

6. Ship the Package

Attach the provided label and deliver the package to the specified shipping carrier.

Keep your receipt and tracking information until the transaction is complete. CardCore Kai is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.

7. Inspection and Final Offer

Once the package arrives, CardCore Kai will inspect the items to confirm:

• 
  Identity and authenticity
  
• 
  Quantity
  
• 
  Condition
  
• 
  Grading information
  
• 
  Completeness
  
• 
  Current marketability
  
• 
  Whether the items match the photos and description provided
  

After inspection, we will confirm the final offer. The final offer may differ from an earlier estimate if the condition, quantity, authenticity, or contents differ from what was originally presented.

8. Accept or Decline the Offer

You will have the opportunity to accept or decline the final offer.

If you accept, CardCore Kai will issue payment through Store Credit, Paypal, Venmo, Check or Bank Transfer.

Payment will generally be sent within 5 business days after acceptance.

If you decline the final offer, or if CardCore Kai decides not to purchase the items after inspection, the collection will be returned to you. The declining party is responsible for return-shipping costs.
