1. Overview

This website is operated by CardCore Kai. Throughout this website, the terms “CardCore Kai,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CardCore Kai.

CardCore Kai provides this website, including all information, features, products, services, content, and tools available through the website, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all other policies referenced herein.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information, purchasing a product, subscribing to marketing communications, or otherwise using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all website users, including browsers, customers, collectors, vendors, event attendees, and contributors of content.

Please do not use this website or purchase from CardCore Kai if you do not agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence or that you have obtained the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Online Store Terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order, creating an account, subscribing to communications, or otherwise interacting with our website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, limit quantities, suspend an account, or prohibit access to the website when we reasonably believe that fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, policy violations, or unlawful conduct has occurred.

4. Products and Collectibles

Raw trading cards
Graded trading cards
Sealed trading-card products

Product availability, rarity, market demand, and resale value may change at any time.

We do not guarantee that any product will retain, increase, or achieve a particular market value. Any purchase made for collecting, investing, grading, or resale purposes is made at the customer’s own discretion and risk.

5. Product Descriptions and Images

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including their condition, color, appearance, features, quantity, and packaging.

Colors, dimensions, and visual details may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, or display settings.

Photographs of individual raw or graded cards are intended to help customers evaluate the item. Customers are responsible for reviewing all available photographs and descriptions before completing a purchase.

We do not warrant that every description, photograph, price, or other item of content will be completely free from typographical, photographic, technical, or administrative errors.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order.

6. Card Condition and Grading

Card condition is subjective. Any condition description provided by CardCore Kai represents our reasonable opinion based on the information available at the time of listing.

Raw, ungraded cards are not guaranteed to receive any particular grade from PSA, Beckett, CGC, SGC, or another grading service.

CardCore Kai is not affiliated with or responsible for the decisions, standards, turnaround times, fees, authentication determinations, or grades issued by any third-party grading company.

Graded cards are sold based on the grade and certification information displayed on the holder at the time of sale. Unless otherwise stated, CardCore Kai does not independently guarantee or reauthenticate the conclusions of the grading company.

7. Sealed Products

Factory-sealed products may contain variations, duplicates, printing defects, packaging imperfections, missing items, damaged cards, or other manufacturing issues beyond our control.

Unless an issue was caused by CardCore Kai, concerns involving the contents of an intact factory-sealed product may need to be submitted directly to the manufacturer.

Purchasing a sealed product does not guarantee that the customer will receive any particular card, character, player, rarity, autograph, memorabilia card, parallel, insert, or estimated value.

8. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and shipping rates may change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.

You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable purchase price, shipping charges, taxes, and other disclosed fees.

We may cancel an order involving a pricing error, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment method, inventory discrepancy, or other material issue. When an order is canceled after payment, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Order Acceptance and Limitations

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when CardCore Kai confirms and processes it.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel an order
Limit quantities purchased by an individual, household, account, payment method, or address
Restrict purchases by suspected resellers, bots, or automated purchasing systems
Correct inventory or pricing errors
Cancel orders affected by technical errors
Request additional information to verify an order

We may combine or separate shipments when reasonably necessary.

10. All Sales Are Final

Due to the collectible, limited, and market-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations because of buyer’s remorse, market-value changes, grading results, duplicate purchases, purchasing the wrong item, or preferences regarding card centering, printing, packaging, or manufacturer variations.

Incorrect, missing, damaged, or materially misrepresented items must be reported in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Preorders and Presales

Products identified as preorders or presales have not yet been released or received by CardCore Kai.

Release dates, allocations, quantities, and delivery schedules are controlled by manufacturers, distributors, carriers, and other third parties and may change without notice.

An estimated release or shipping date is not a guaranteed delivery date.

We reserve the right to limit, adjust, or cancel preorder quantities when our distributor or manufacturer allocation is reduced. If we cannot fulfill an affected preorder, we will provide an appropriate refund for the unfulfilled portion.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, preorder purchases remain subject to our final-sale policy.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping dates and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guarantees.

CardCore Kai is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, customs delays, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before placing an order.

Ownership and risk of loss may transfer as permitted by applicable law once an order is delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Claims involving missing, damaged, or misdelivered packages must be reported promptly and may require cooperation with the shipping carrier, insurer, payment provider, or law-enforcement authorities.

Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Events and Virtual Appearances

CardCore Kai may participate in, promote, host, sponsor, or appear at in-person or virtual events.

Event dates, times, venues, guests, inventory, livestream links, booth locations, and schedules may change or be canceled without notice.

Unless expressly stated, CardCore Kai does not own or control third-party venues, card shows, conventions, livestreaming services, ticketing providers, or event organizers and is not responsible for their actions, rules, cancellations, or service interruptions.

Participation in an event may be subject to additional venue, organizer, platform, or ticketing terms.

14. Promotions, Giveaways, and Discount Codes

Promotions, contests, giveaways, discounts, and special offers may be governed by separate rules.

Discount codes:

Must be used before expiration
Have no cash value
May be limited to eligible products
May not be combined unless expressly permitted
May be canceled when obtained or used fraudulently
May be subject to quantity, customer, or geographic restrictions

We reserve the right to modify or end a promotion as permitted by law.

15. Email Marketing and Data Collection

When you provide your email address through our website, checkout, account registration, event form, giveaway, newsletter form, or another opt-in method, we may collect and use it to:

Send order and account communications

Send shipping and delivery updates
Communicate about events

When you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opt in to SMS marketing, you agree that CardCore Kai and its service providers may send recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages to the number provided.

Restock alerts
Special offers
Event announcements
Virtual-event reminders
Abandoned-cart reminders
Store news
Other marketing communications

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You represent that:

You are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided
You are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number
The information you provide is accurate
You will notify us or opt out if the number is changed, reassigned, or no longer used by you

You may opt out of promotional text messages at any time by replying STOP to a marketing message. You may reply HELP for assistance.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. Opting out of promotional SMS does not necessarily prevent messages that are required to complete a requested transaction or provide essential account or order information, when legally permitted.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery of text messages is subject to the availability and functioning of wireless networks and participating carriers.

17. Marketing Consent Records

We may maintain records documenting how, when, and where marketing consent was provided. Such records may include:

Date and time of consent
Consent language displayed
Source or form through which consent was obtained

18. Separate Marketing Consent

Acceptance of these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional SMS messages where separate affirmative consent is required.

SMS marketing consent should be provided through a separate checkbox, form, keyword, or other affirmative opt-in mechanism containing the applicable disclosure.

Where required by law or platform rules, an SMS consent checkbox will not be preselected and will not be combined with acceptance of these Terms or completion of a purchase.

19. Privacy

Your submission and use of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that Shopify and other service providers may process information necessary to operate the store, process payments, provide fulfillment, analyze website activity, prevent fraud, and deliver communications.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

20. User Reviews and Submitted Content

You may have opportunities to submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, suggestions, testimonials, social-media content, or other materials.

You represent that content you submit:

Is truthful and based on your genuine experience
Does not violate another person’s rights
Is not defamatory, threatening, deceptive, obscene, or unlawful
Does not contain malicious code
Does not include confidential information you are not authorized to disclose
Does not falsely claim affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement

You retain ownership of your original content. However, by submitting content to us or tagging CardCore Kai in content intended for public sharing, you grant CardCore Kai a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, publish, and share that content for store operations, customer service, advertising, and marketing, subject to applicable law.

We may remove or decline to publish content at our discretion.

21. Third-Party Reviews and Marketplace Feedback

We may display reviews, ratings, or feedback collected through third-party marketplaces or platforms.

When displayed, such feedback may describe the customer’s overall transaction experience rather than a specific product sold on this website.

Third-party names, trademarks, platforms, and review systems belong to their respective owners. Displaying marketplace feedback does not imply that the third-party marketplace sponsors or endorses CardCore Kai.

22. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, layouts, designs, icons, videos, and original materials, are owned by or licensed to CardCore Kai and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial shopping and informational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, republish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from our original content without prior written permission.

Product names, characters, player names, league names, manufacturer names, team names, game titles, and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. CardCore Kai’s sale of authentic products does not necessarily imply sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement by those rights holders.

23. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website:

For an unlawful purpose
To violate applicable laws or regulations
To infringe intellectual-property rights
To submit false or misleading information
To transmit malicious code
To scrape, crawl, copy, or extract website data without authorization

CardCore Kai does not guarantee that:

The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free
Product availability will remain unchanged
Website content will always be complete or current
A collectible will maintain or increase its value
A raw card will receive a particular grade
A sealed product will contain a particular card
Third-party services will operate without interruption

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardCore Kai and its owners, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of collectible value, missed resale opportunities, grading outcomes, event cancellations, or replacement costs.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to CardCore Kai for the product or transaction giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

28. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CardCore Kai and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of the website
Your violation of applicable law
Content you submit
Your infringement of another person’s rights
Fraudulent or unauthorized activity conducted through your account

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

30. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

31. Termination

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or CardCore Kai.

You may terminate your use of the website at any time by discontinuing use.

We may suspend or terminate your access when we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, misused the website, or created a risk for CardCore Kai or others.

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive termination where appropriate.

32. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements through which CardCore Kai provides products or services will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be brought in an appropriate court located in Hennepin County, MN, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

33. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on the website.

The effective date at the top of this policy will indicate when it was most recently revised.

Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

34. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional policies or rules posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and CardCore Kai concerning use of the website and purchases made through it.
