Shipping Policy
Effective Date: August 5, 2026
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within two business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during product releases, promotions, holidays, severe weather, conventions, card shows, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare and package an order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier. It does not include the carrier’s estimated transit time.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.
Any delivery date or transit time shown at checkout is an estimate provided by the shipping carrier and is not guaranteed by CardCore Kai.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier.
Card Core Kai does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless that guarantee is expressly provided in writing.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order. CardCore Kai is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, misdelivered, or lost because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted or processed.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or returned package may be the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation containing the applicable tracking information.
Tracking activity may take time to appear after a shipping label is created. The creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean that the carrier has physically received the package.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and making appropriate arrangements to receive their packages.
Carrier Delays and Shipping Issues
Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, the package is under the carrier’s possession and control.
CardCore Kai is not responsible for shipping delays, routing errors, service interruptions, weather-related delays, carrier mistakes, missed delivery estimates, or other shipping issues occurring after the package has been transferred to the carrier.
CardCore Kai is also not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the carrier, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
We will provide available tracking details and reasonable documentation to help customers communicate with the carrier or submit an eligible claim. However, we cannot guarantee that a carrier or insurance provider will approve or pay a claim.
Shipping Insurance
Because trading cards and collectibles may be rare, limited, or difficult to replace, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, particularly for higher-value orders.
Shipping insurance may provide protection when a qualifying package is lost, damaged, or has missing contents while in transit. Coverage, exclusions, claim deadlines, documentation requirements, and reimbursement limits are determined by the carrier or insurance provider.
Declining optional shipping insurance means that the order may not be fully protected against loss or damage beyond any coverage automatically included with the selected shipping service.
When an insured package is lost or damaged, the customer must cooperate with all claim requirements. This may include providing photographs, retaining the original packaging, completing forms, submitting proof of value, or making the damaged package available for inspection.
Insurance does not necessarily cover theft occurring after a package has been marked as delivered.
Shipping Protection
CardCore Kai offers optional shipping protection through ShipInsure at checkout for eligible orders. Shipping protection may provide coverage for qualifying shipments that are lost in transit, damaged during shipment, or stolen after delivery, subject to ShipInsure’s terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and coverage limits.
Shipping protection is optional and is not required to complete a purchase. The cost of protection, when available, will be displayed at checkout before your order is submitted.
If shipping protection is purchased and you experience a covered shipping issue, claims should be submitted through ShipInsure. After checkout, customers who purchase protection may receive instructions from ShipInsure explaining how to file a claim. ShipInsure may request supporting information or documentation before approving a claim.
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, refund, or reimbursement depending on the circumstances of the claim and applicable coverage terms. Shipping protection does not replace CardCore Kai’s return or refund policies and does not cover product dissatisfaction, manufacturing defects, normal wear, or other issues unrelated to shipping unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.
Coverage availability and limits may vary depending on the order, item, carrier, destination, and other factors. Customers are responsible for reviewing the ShipInsure protection terms presented at checkout before purchasing protection.
For orders valued over $5,000, CardCore Kai will arrange separate shipping insurance for the shipment.
High-Value Orders Over $5,000
Orders with a total merchandise value over $5,000 will be insured directly by CardCore Kai through the applicable shipping carrier or third-party shipping insurance provider. Customers will not be required to purchase ShipInsure Shipping Protection for the portion of an order exceeding ShipInsure’s coverage limit.
CardCore Kai may select the shipping carrier, service level, signature requirement, insurance method, and any additional delivery safeguards for high-value orders. Adult signature or direct signature may be required before delivery is completed.
If a high-value shipment is lost or damaged in transit, CardCore Kai will coordinate the applicable carrier or insurance claim and may require documentation from the customer to complete the claim process.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking has not updated or a package appears to be lost, customers should first review the carrier’s tracking information and allow sufficient time for delayed scans or delivery.
Customers should contact CardCore Kai promptly so that we can determine whether a carrier inquiry or insurance claim may be available.
Carrier and insurance claims are subject to strict filing deadlines. Failure to report an issue promptly or provide requested documentation may prevent a claim from being submitted or approved.
CardCore Kai does not guarantee a refund or replacement for an uninsured shipment that is lost after being accepted by the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.
Packages Marked as Delivered
CardCore Kai is not responsible for packages that the carrier has marked as delivered but that cannot be located by the customer.
Customers should:
-
Check the delivery location and surrounding property
-
Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff
-
Review any available delivery photograph
-
Contact the shipping carrier
-
Allow a short period for premature delivery scans
-
File a police report when package theft is suspected
Replacement or reimbursement is not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.
Customers concerned about package theft should select available insurance, signature confirmation, or another secure delivery option.
Damaged Packages
Customers must report packages that arrive visibly damaged within three calendar days of delivery.
The customer must provide:
-
Their name and order number
-
Clear photographs of the shipping box or mailer
-
Photographs of all damaged items
-
Photographs of the internal packaging
-
A photograph of the shipping label
-
A description of the damage
The customer must retain the item and all original packaging until the claim has been resolved. Carriers and insurance providers may deny claims when packaging is discarded or required evidence is unavailable.
Damage claims are evaluated according to the terms of the applicable carrier or insurance provider. Submission of a claim does not guarantee reimbursement, replacement, store credit, or a refund.
Stolen Packages
CardCore Kai is not responsible for packages stolen from a mailbox, doorstep, lobby, mailroom, reception area, or other delivery location after the carrier has completed delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
For valuable orders, we recommend selecting shipping insurance and signature confirmation when those services are available.
Returned or Refused Packages
Packages returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, failure to retrieve the package, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by CardCore Kai.
Because all sales are final, a returned package does not automatically qualify for cancellation or a refund. CardCore Kai may offer reshipment after the customer pays the applicable additional shipping charges.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are submitted. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed, combined, canceled, or redirected after purchase.
Submitting a request does not mean that the request has been approved.
